Please call 818-741-4040. Please remember we work very hard to get your order shipped out the day you place your order.
If you have any questions about a charge appearing on your credit card accountEvery time you attempt to place an order on the internet an authorization is made for that amount on your credit card. The authorization will turn into a charge when your order is processed and you will then be issued an order number. If the order, for some reason, did not go through, the authorization will clear off of your account. The average time is 3-5 days, depending on your banks' policy.
If you have not received an email confirmation after placing an internet order
With each order that gets placed on the internet site, an order confirmation gets emailed to the customer. If you did not get an order number or an email confirmation the order most likely did not go through.

UPS are TheLiquidation-kings.com carrier of choice. Orders placed before 4:00pm Pacific will usually ship that day pending proper authorization. Packages that are shipped standard should arrive at your door within 3 to 5 business days. TheLiquidation-kings.com only ship and deliver on weekdays.
